Vyve Spa Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — and while we do our best to accommodate every guest, our time (and yours) is valuable. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we kindly ask that you honor our cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service value.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Full service fees apply regardless of reduced service time due to late arrival.
Booking & Payment
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Payment will only be processed in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show per this policy.
Exceptions
