Vyve Spa Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — and while we do our best to accommodate every guest, our time (and yours) is valuable. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we kindly ask that you honor our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling policies. To ensure the best service for all our clients, please note the following:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment (i.e., the day before) will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Full service fees apply regardless of reduced service time due to late arrival.

Booking & Payment

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Payment will only be processed in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show per this policy.

Exceptions
